Your personal data (e.g. title, name, house address, e-mail address, phone number, bank details, credit card number) are processed by us only in accordance with the provisions of German data privacy laws. The following provisions describe the type, scope and purpose of collecting, processing and utilizing personal data. This data privacy policy applies only to our web pages. If links on our pages route you to other pages, please inquire there about how your data are handled in such cases.
Inventory data
(1) Your personal data, insofar as these are necessary for this contractual relationship (inventory data) in terms of its establishment, organization of content and modifications, are used exclusively for fulfilling the contract. For goods to be delivered, for instance, your name and address must be relayed to the supplier of the goods.
(2) Without your explicit consent or a legal basis, your personal data are not passed on to third parties outside the scope of fulfilling this contract. After completion of the contract, your data are blocked against further use. After expiry of deadlines as per tax-related and commercial regulations, these data are deleted unless you have expressly consented to their further use.
Provision of chargeable services
For the provision of chargeable services we request additional information such as name, address, nationality, telephone number, e-mail and payment details. To protect the security of your data during transfer we use state-of-the-art encryption processes (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
Comment function
If users leave comments in the blog (function currently deactivated), in addition to these details the time of their creation and the user name previously selected by the website visitor are saved. This is for our security,as we may be held liable for illegal content on our website, even where this is created by users.
E-mail, contact, enquiry or booking forms
If you contact us via e-mail, contact, enquiry or booking form, the details that you provide shall be saved for the purpose of processing the enquiry/booking as well as for possible follow-up questions. We wish to point out that in spite of encryption the transfer of data on the internet (e.g. via e-mail) may display security loopholes. The seamless protection of data from third-party access is not possible.
The use by third parties of contact details published in the scope of the legal notice obligation to send advertising and information material that is not expressly requested is hereby expressly objected to. The operators of the sites reserve the express right to take legal steps in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as via spam mail or advertising catalogues.
Rating-Tool
For the collection of evaluations for the quality assurance of our services we use the services from Customer Alliance, through which we write to our guests once after their stay. There only your first name, nationality and e-mail address will be stored, which are not used for any further may be used for any purpose. Use of Google Maps
We use the “Google Maps” component of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google.” Google sets a cookie in order to process the user configuration and data when the page with the integrated “Google Maps” component is displayed. As a general rule, this cookie is not deleted by closing the browser, but rather expires after a certain time, as long as it is not previously manually deleted by you. If you do not agree with this processing of your data, you may choose to deactivate the “Google Maps” service and thereby prevent the transfer of data to Google. To do this, you must deactivate the Java Script function in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use “Google Maps” or at least only to a limited extent. Inclusion of services and content of third parties
Our offer also includes content, services and performance of third parties. This includes, for example, maps provided by Google Maps, videos from YouTube and visual material from other websites. To ensure that this data is accessed and displayed in the browser of the user, the transfer of the IP address is required. In other words, the provider (hereinafter referred to as “third-party provider”) notes the IP address of the respective user.
Although we make efforts to use only third-party providers that require the IP address solely to deliver content, we have no influence over whether the IP address is possibly saved. In this case, this procedure serves statistical purposes, amongst others. Should we have knowledge that the IP address is saved, we shall instruct our users of this accordingly.
