Booking

…just before you make your reservation, here’s some helpful information:

• If you have specific needs like cots or accessible rooms, feel free to reach out through our “general enquiries”  form. Planning a trip with a group of more than 11 people? Please use our group request for a smooth booking process.
• We’re a cultural, historical, and family-friendly hostel, not a party spot. To maintain a peaceful environment, we don’t accept party groups, and we can’t check in guests who are overly intoxicated, even with a reservation. Our hostel is smoke-free, and we ask that you enjoy any alcohol outside our dormitories.
• If you can’t find available room categories for your dates, it might be due to a minimum stay requirement, often in place on weekends or during big events.
• During big events we may have special booking and cancellation policies.

• To book a room, you’ll need a valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Rest assured, your details will be encrypted and securely stored. You can pay for your stay either in cash or by card when you arrive.
• No credit card? No problem! Just send us a booking request through our “general enquiry” form. After you book, we’ll send you a confirmation with all the details (make sure to enter your email address correctly!).
• For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accommodate pets.
• We offer both female-only and mixed dormitories, so please book according to your preference.

The city of Leipzig requires a guest tax of 5%, which is included in the price.
