For our apartments there is a minimum stay of 2 nights during weekends. We are happy to arrange individual offers for long term guests who are staying for more than 7 nights. The offer will be dependent on the time of year and the length of stay.
For Families: Children under the age of 3 sleep for free; for children between the ages of 4 and 10 we charge half of the standard price (different prices apply for apartments).
There is an compulsory charge of 2.50 € per person for bed sheets (apartments excluded). For hygienic reasons we are unable to accept sleeping bags.
During big events, such as the Leipzig Book Fair and the Wave Gotik Treffen higher ‘events pices‘ and a minimum stay apply.
The cost for staying in a 6-10 bed room between January 1st until February 28th is only 10 Euros per person per night.
